You can quickly search on our website and find the write sports package according to your needs and expectations, if to do so you still didn’t find anything suitable for you, you can send us a quick request with all your criteria, and our professional team will find the best suitable options for you and will send you an offer.
How can I get my offer?
You can get the non-binding offer just by filling out a request form. You could choose the best offer for you and make a request for a direct sports camp or just fill out a general form and our manager picks up some cool offers regarding your criteria.Of course, you can also send us your requests by phone or via our chat and email. You will then receive offers as soon as possible via email.
How can I make a reservation and finally book my training camp, if I already got an offer and confirmed it?
You will need to sign the contract and make a prepayment to confirm your booking.
Will I receive any confirmation after I send you a request?
Upon receipt of your request, we will verify the availability of accommodation and sports facilities. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking as soon as we will check and confirm viability for the requested amount of rooms and the Training Program.

Is there any chance to replace one or more athletes after I made a reservation and confirmed a booking?
We have a very flexible policy, and we always try to make life for our clients much easier. Normally for bookings of 20 or more people, 2 participants can be cancelled free of charge, up to 14 days prior to arrival. Other cases and requests are considered on an individual basis.
Who is the best person to contact during my sports trip if I have any questions during my training camp?
Our group coordinators are always there to assist you, and our manager will meet you on the spot and accompany you throughout the trip.
Can I get a discount for my next training camp if I will go again with your company?
Active Planet provides a discount for clients who are planning their next training camps for all year around and who have already booked the training camp with us before. So, if you would like to go again to the training camp with us, you will get a 10% discount for your next camp.
