A dedicated strength and conditioning gym with a full range of free weights and machines sits on the same site, alongside sports-science testing support. Accommodation, dining, and medical support share the same continuous campus as the pools, so squads move between rooms and sessions without a transfer, supporting a stable two-a-day training routine.
