The main pool is a 50m competition pool (2.10m depth) fitted with wave-breaking lanes and starting blocks, complemented by a separate 25m water-polo-standard pool at the same depth; both can be heated on request. An additional indoor heated 25m pool (without starting blocks) is available during the early and late season for uninterrupted training outside the main outdoor months. An on-site fitness hall provides free weights, resistance machines, cardio equipment and a dedicated studio for cycling-based conditioning sessions. Training runs directly on the accommodation grounds, so athletes move between pools, gym and rooms without a transfer, supporting a stable two-a-day training schedule.
