The main 50m pool has 8 lanes, a 3m depth, Omega starting blocks, and an electronic timing system, with water temperature maintained around 25–28°C and floodlighting for evening sessions. A secondary 25m pool with a matching 8-lane setup supports warm-up, technique, and recovery swims. A 900 sqm air-conditioned gym with cardio and strength equipment sits alongside outdoor training and functional-training areas. Both pools and the gym share the same grounds as the accommodation, so squads move between sessions and their rooms without a transfer, supporting a stable two-a-day training routine.
