Two indoor pools support the programme: a 50m pool with 6 lanes and a uniform 2m depth, fitted with starting blocks and a wall-mounted timing clock, plus a secondary 25m pool with 4 lanes and a depth ranging from 1.4m to 3.2m for technique and recovery work. A dedicated strength and conditioning gym with a full range of free weights and machines sits on the same site. Accommodation, dining, and medical support share the same continuous campus as the pools, so squads move between rooms and sessions without a transfer, supporting a stable two-a-day training routine.

Recovery support includes cold baths, sauna, hammam, and a cryotherapy space, plus meeting space for team briefings.
