The primary training pool is a 25m, six-lane indoor facility with a 1.8m depth, open year-round, with an adjoining Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and cold-plunge pool for recovery between sessions. During the outdoor season, a 50m outdoor pool at the adjoining bath complex, reached via an internal passage from the hotel, adds long-course and scrimmage space and is built to host swimming competitions. An outdoor conditioning park with a rubberised surface and built-in fitness stations sits within the same grounds for supplementary strength work. The whole complex sits directly along the same street as the accommodation, keeping session transitions tight across two-a-day training days.
