The training base is a World Aquatics-certified aquatic centre — one of only a handful worldwide and the only one in Asia — purpose-built for competitive squads, including water polo teams, to run structured, high-volume programs alongside full recovery support. The main 50m pool has 8 lanes, a 3m depth, Omega starting blocks and electronic timing, with water polo goals available on request. A secondary 8-lane 25m pool of matching depth supports warm-up, technique work and small-sided play. A 900 sqm air-conditioned gym with free weights, cable stations and a functional training area sits alongside outdoor training zones. Both pools and the gym share the same grounds as the accommodation, so squads move between sessions and their rooms without a transfer, supporting a stable two-a-day training routine.
